Editing Services and PR Services
Claire Krulikowski, of AshootingstarZ Production, will perform the
contracted editing services, copywriting services, and other contracted work in
a complete and professional manner, and in accordance with terms and conditions of our contract or agreement. Services shall not be completed or delivered for which proper payment is not made.
Teleseminars, Workshops, Classes - Scheduling/Cancellation Policy
Teleseminars, workshops, and classes will be held on the date and time announced. Should a major technical problem prevent a class from being broadcast, an announcement will be sent out announcing revised dates. Make sure to mark your calendar when you sign up for any classes. Cancellations are not accepted, and refunds are not provided for cancellations or missed classes.
Privacy Policy
Your contact information will not be shared with or sold to any other
organizations or individuals without your permission. In order to receive
notifications about upcoming classes and events, you are asked to fill in an online subscription form. The minimal information requested includes your first name, last name, email address, your state, and country.
Submission Privacy Policy
The work you submit for editing services, copywriting, promotion, or another
service is considered private and covered by copyright protection as well as
ethical standards, so it is not sold to or shared with outside parties.
Your comments, emails, and questions are welcomed about information contained
on this website or about offered workshops. Should a decision be made to print
your submitted message on the site, no submission will be subject to any
obligation of confidence unless your submission specifically states that requirement
clearly. We will not be liable for any use or disclosure of such submission.
Krulikowski and AshootingstarZ Production will exclusively own all known or
later-existing rights to the submitted message worldwide, and will be entitled
to the unrestricted use of the submission for any purpose, without compensation
to the provider of the submission.
AshootingstarZ Production, its Founder and Editor(s) reserve the right
to reject any work discussed or submitted for any reason. Work is definitely not
accepted that is considered for any reason to contain offensive, racist, sexist,
vicious, violent, insulting language or descriptions, or has an intent to
purposely inflict harm.
Book Sales
Promotional information about books written by Claire Krulikowski is included on
this site, and links are provided to online retailers where these books may be
ordered. If you order any of these books, all questions about your book order,
payment, delivery, or other issues should be addressed to the retailer/company
with whom you've placed your order. No one associated with AshootingstarZ
Production is responsible for the book sale process handled by outside
retailers or other sources.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any
of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages
that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the
sites, or any products or services provided pursuant to the sites, even if
advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the
